Good fight from Chris 7-5 4-1* down and pulls it back to take the tiebreak 7-6(4). Will serve first in the 3rd.

What a shame for Chris :( showed good fight all through the match including that last game recovering 40-0 but not to be :/

Been a very poor grass court season. Wimbledon doubles and Newport Qualies left it seems

There are (were) actually 6 Brits ranked higher than their QR1 opponents here, 3 in all-GB matches, 3 others:

- Richard Bloomfield WR 343 v Jordan Cox WR 543
- Lewis Burton WR 877 v Barry King WR 954
- Chris Eaton WR 434 v Santiago Gonzalez WR 469

- Josh Milton WR 316 v Josh Goodall WR 435
- Alex Slabinsky WR 556 v James Feaver WR 793
- James Marsalek WR 1102 v Toby Martin WR 1166

Chris sadly out, but balancing that is Marcus Willis WR 637 upsetting Luka Gregorc WR 521.

Do we know what happened to Bloomers?  It's very that the "Today's results" page on the LS isn't actually showing today's results...

Weirdly they are showing today's results under the 12th so click over to that and they are there, sadly not Bloomers' though.

Goodall takes the second set 6-3. He got breaks in games 5 and 9 which exactly what Milton had done to him in the first set.

They got the date wrong - results under 12th

It's very strange -  All I know is that Richard is on his way home hmm

About a five or six hour journey by train I believe!

Can't see Josh G coming back from 0-4 in the third!
