L32: (5) Jamie Baker WR 369 v Kim Cheong-Eui (KOR) WR 826
Jamie is the only non-Korean in the third quarter, in which the other seed is (3) Lim Yong-Kyu (KOR) WR 539. Lim was ranked above Jamie last week (hence the higher seeding) but he had won the Busan Challenger last year, went out in R2 there last wek and has dropped 211 places this morning as a result. He beat Evo in the Chengdu SFs last month.
However, Jamie has to get past Kim then a Korean qualifier in order to play him.

"Won first round 64 75 today. Very tough match against a good korean player. He looked young but I am terrible at judging ages over here" (he was 21yo btw)

Cheong-Eui is forever young in my mind, too. He is one of the earliest starters that I've ever seen - he started playing Futures/Sats from the age of 14 and had quite a few points before he had turned 15.
A bit of a shocker for Jamie there - his opponent only scraped through his R1 match against an unranked qualifier 7-6(5) in the 3rd, so it doesn't seem like Im was underranked.
