RE: Week 19 - ITF ($100K) - Prague, Czech Republic - Clay

Anne's performance yesterday gave some confidence that Bally has a chance today, but it's looking unlikely already.

At leaste she is on the board now for 1-2*

If Kvitova is anything like on form such a difficult task.

but alas K is rapidly break back 0-40, 15 -40. Bahh break back

2 - 3*

2-6 3-6 Bally lost. Makes Anne's performance look pretty impressive.

It's just all so difficult to tell with whatever mindset Kvitova has been in   eg.  she may have been more engaged, more ready to play her 2nd match here.

I would still imagine that Anne must have played at least fairly well, and perhaps extremely well.  And Bally may well have played not at all badly.

Bah, Kvitova, what on earth is wrong with chasing money and prestige in Rome compared to this loyalty to your home tournament business  !   wink

She was just too good for me today!!I really enjoyed the challenge though..especially on my least fav surface!loads of positives banked..

..and without a doubt the best prep going into the French Open!!onwards and upwards :) xx

A typically positive message from Bally. Bally could find positives about losing to an unranked player. This positivity I'm sure comes through directly from Nino's approach to losing in sport.
