J&J fared rather better than a certain other J & his new Swiss mate - eventually:

R1:  Treat Conrad Huey & Frank Moser (PHI/GER) lost to (4) Jamie Delgado & Jonny Marray by 6-4 6-7(5) [10-12]! smile

Bogomolov & Huta Galung or Junaid & Marx in the QF.  Interestingly, since it afffects the boys' half of the draw, the Aussie scratch pairing of Paul Hanley & Jordan Kerr took out the second seeds, Cerretani & Shamasdin, by 3 & 4 today.

QF:  (Alt) Juan Sebastián Cabal & Robert Farah (COL/COL) vs (4) Jamie Delgado & Jonny Marray

The alternates replaced Junaid & Marx & took out Huey & Moser by 7-6(4) 6-7(5) [10-6], so are not to be underestimated.

They actually replaced Huta Galung & Bogomolov Jr and beat Junaid & Marx. smile

And they are certainly not to be underestimated as they have won five challengers together in the last 7 months, including Rome last week.

They will be a live stream on http://www.livescorehunter.com/Livescores/Livescore-Tennis.html at 1pm BST.

SF:  (4) Jamie Delgado & Jonny Marray vs (WC) Pierre-Hugues Herbert & Nicolas Renavand (FRA/FRA)

The French WCs are also not to be underestimated:  they despatched Paul Hanley & Jordan Kerr in three in their QF (10-8 in the MTB) who themselves had dumped out the second seeds in straight sets... pray.gif

My prayers are clearly working at the moment:  J&J have taken the first set by 6-3. wink

Wow!  I thought for a moment that 'Im Upstairs had stopped listening, as the boys were on the verge of dropping the second set by the same score as they won the first, but they turned it round completely & took it by 7-5 - & with it, of course, the match! thumbsup.gif

Final:  (3) Julien Benneteau & Nicolas Mahut (FRA/FRA) vs (4) Jamie Delgado & Jonny Marray
