Probably the results most folk imagined, but just hoped we might get one win.

Good effort though by the girls over the week, particularly by Fran.

One thing though is I had been thinking a nice 6 points to push Fran up the rankings quite a bit until I realised they replaced 6 points from her Bournemouth semi final appearance lat year.  Now, I do understand that she prefers clay and there may be particular things about Bournemouth that she likes.  But to twice get 6 points in one week at Bournemouth and only total 5 points in all ( from 5 single points, 2 of which were WC points from a 25K and 75K R1 )  the rest of the year seems rather starnge.

One of these points was from Edinburgh last year.  Hopefully this year she can add to her ranking points again in Edinburgh ( I rephrased that from score again in Edinburgh ! ) and start really to build up more points at other venues.
