How come this title has both Padua and Padova but the Challenger title doesn't have Naples and Napoli?

Um ... cos I assumed everybody knew Napoli was Naples but maybe not that Padova was Padua. (it may not sound like a good reason, but that is why I did it, though without much thought)

Why use the Italian names in the first place when there's a recognised English equivalent?  confuse  The Frogs wouldn't! wink

I suppose it's because the ITF lists the venue as Padova.
