That will make him top Dan again.

Well,  in running anyway.   Dan Cox is shown as down for the Naples Challenger next week so could hit back for the 25/04 rankings.

Really good that the top Dan battle is being fought at a much higher rankings level than when being contested before.

More importantly the draw has opened up nicely and gives Dan a great chance to end the quite ludicrous 2 year wait for a tournament win.

He really needs to get this losing in the final monkey off his back.

SF: (3) Dan Evans WR 313 lost to (5) Lim Yong-Kyu (KOR) WR 349 by 5-7 7-5 6-1 bleh

Pity, especially since the other finalist is unseeded (though has been very impressive so far this week) - Dan is still 18-5 since 1 March though, with three finals and two more semis.

Btw, whoever it was who started talking about the possibility of loads of GB finalists this week has a lot to answer for disbelief - they've all been losing since, mainly to lower-ranked opponents, and it's looking like we won't have a single finalist cry.gif

My daring attempt to jinx Rafa looked like it was working until the effects of Muzza's painkillers wore off cry.gif

Getting back on topic, Dan Cox isn't in Napoli qualifying or MD, so that should mean Evo is GB no. 3 by a single point on Monday week.

Does anyone know if the Evo, Milts, A.Ward trilogy have any plans of playing Busan 75k +H? Seeing as there in that side of the world anyways and not down to play Week 17 or 18, would be a good decision in my eyes.

Cuts have been,
2010: 345 going down to 408 with WR 272 being seeded
2009: 336 going down to 402 with WR 270 being seeded
