Boggo and Baker would have been in qualifying here had they not been still in action in Little Rock, so it's now left to James Ward to fly the flag in the main draw.

They have met once before, just a few weeks ago in Caloundra, and Bester edged it 4-6 6-1 7-6(5) ... ripe for revenge, hopefully!

still just the 4 wins for Ward, 2 of which were DC and 2 were at the same event. it's a shame in a way as he hasn't really been defending any points so it would be a good chance to get some under his belt before he starts defending more later in the year.
