well done. that was a good level opponent beaten easily. in theory, her next round should be easier considering she beat her last week and probably playing better now.
Wow that is a good win, especially given everyone's pessimism ;)
Laura's back on it, now time to prove that she can make it stick throughout tournaments. I imagine and hope she's been inspired by the results and attention that Heather is getting.
Well that's a relief, looks like a better performance than those produced last week. Nara hasn't been in the best of form so if Laura was back to her best it was a match she was likely to win. Next up should be another win but predicting Laura's performances has never been easy so far in her short career.

I thought she lost to her last week (but then I am having a bad week myself!)
Wow, quite a scoreline Hopefully that menas she's got rid of any rust that was in evidence last week, though of course if she doesn't manage to beat Buyukakcay again, it'll be even more confusing than last week.
This result will take her back into the GB top 5 next Monday (ahead of Naomi C) at about WR 224.

No, she beat her 3 & 4 in R1 (when Buyukakcay was seeded 7th) then lost to lower-ranked Damayanti in R2.

My best guess is that its on an outside court either first or second up as she is still in the doubles which will be played tomorrow as well. OOP might be available somewhere, but like trying to find a needle in a haystack.
