I think the 2009 win in Jersey was maybe a mistake, instead of having a gradual increase throughout the rankings he had a huge surge having beating only a handful of guys in the top 300, now he has the consitency beating 4 in the last two weeks with potentially more!
QF: (WC) Dan Evans WR 375 v Frederik Nielsen (DEN) WR 225
Hammer of the Brits (no. 1 according to Akhenaten's BB points table) Nielsen is currently on a 7-match Brit-bashing streak and has won 29 of his last 30 singles matches against GB players ... he even bashed a "someone once said he might become a Brit" today.

QF: (4) Jamie Delgado & Jonny Marray defeated Olivier Charroin & Andreas Siljeström (FRA/SWE) by 6-1 3-6 [10-7]
SF: Andrej Martin & Jürgen Zopp ( SVK/EST) vs (4) Jamie Delgado & Jonny Marray
* It is perhaps a measure of David Rice's & Sean Thornley's achievement yesterday in taking Allegro & Beck to an MTB when you see that the latter today saw off the third seeds, Mahut & ERV, again after an MTB.
