Anytime, if i dont comment on my matches is because i dont have access to the internet. Always try to get on here to give you guys the feedback as more often than not there is alot more going on in a tennis match than just a scoreline!

Bloomers was just tired, he doesnt even have a doubles ranking anymore and its been a while since he has played two matches like that in one day. Its almost better to go straight on from singles, than to stop for 2-3 hours to have to go again later.

Dissapointing result again for Golding

I'm getting a bit worried about Oli.  I do get the impression that there is a real talent there that should now be producing more than it is with proper focus and development.

He did play well last week though, but I agree its just not happening for him in seniors at the moment although this was a very tough draw. On the other hand Liam who didn't play as well last week has been getting better results in events like this. Still very confident though that by the end of the year Oli will be getting much better results.

Thanks for the report, Fitzy. It must have bee nvery frustrating, but it really looks like you're moving in the right direction this year, getting some wins and competing well with players ranked a lot higher than you. Don't let up! smile.gif

To put a bit more flesh on the above bones:

R1:  (WC) Chris Eaton WR 572 defeated Alexander Sadecky (SUI) WR 352 by 4 & 4! biggrin

Certainly justified his WC! w00t.gif

Yeh couldnt have put it any better myself, its really important to have a result or two when your given the chance with a WC when they could have just made him play quals.
Makes up for the poor result against Goody last week and hopefully he can push for quarters now.
