After last year's almost scandal, surprised to see the young brits sampling the Bath night-life again...risky

Groundhog day tomorrow.

SF: Chris Eaton WR 572 vs. Michael Ryderstydt (6) WR 318
SF: Daniel Evans WR 400 vs. Yannick Mertens (4) WR 282

Evo met Mertens in last week's final losing in two, whilst Eaton lost in a 3rd set tiebreak to Ryderstydt in Sheffield.

Mertens, like Evo came through in a 3rd set TB against Galvani, best of luck tomorrow for the GB guys.

Final (obviously!):  (1) Chris Eaton & Josh Goodall WR 424 vs Michael Lammer & Alexander Sadecky (SUI/SUI) WR 1640

The title would appear to be Chris's & Josh's to lose!  Excellent week so far for Mr Eaton! nod.gif

Chris on a roll in Bath at the moment, really good to see him getting some solid results against players ranked 100+ better than him without dropping a set! :D
Very good dubs win, saving m.p's and scraping the win is always a huge confidence booster.

Will be another close one tomorrow against Ryderstedt who is very powerful off his serve and groundstrokes. Biut looking at how well Chris is doing this week in singles and dubs, he must be full of confidence going into it.

Interesting that Evo won the other all brit match, personally i would have thought Boggo to win, but according to some posts, maybe we dont know the full story (line calls etc.)

Haven't seen Sadeck since Edinburgh last year, ad to be fair, he's no claycourter! surprsed to see the Swiss pair ranked so low, I suspect neither plays that much doubles. Won't be as easy as it looks on paper (which makes you wonder why they dont play on paper, they play on everything else!)

For those of you not following the live-score, Eaton was broken in the 10 game of the match to concede the first set 6-4. However, since then he's broken twice and leads *4-1.

A hold and another break gives Chris the second set 6-1.
