Chris Eaton turns up in quals here, he was just a few places out of quals in Wolfsburg last week unfortuantely.
Got a decent draw tbh, I'd give him a chance of qualifying if the courts are pretty quick, hes started the year quite well so lets hope he can keep it up.

Very good start for Chris in France. Livescores only seemed to work for centre court today so wasnt able to follow it but hopefully he'll be put on it tomorrow
Coincidentally, i watched a bit of Walter in the Germany future on the live stream, as Chris would play the winner of him and Mertl in the final. He tended to serve/volley quite a bit, be aggressive so it will be a similar match up of styles but i'd definitely say Chris has the stronger serve out of them.

Perhaps putting his own career above fronting a one-man DC team (Bulgarian number 2 is WR 550). Baghdatis isn't playing in the Cyprus tie either. Both of those could end up being significant for our hopes if we progress to the third round, let's be optimistic here....
In the QFs, Chris & Frank will have to wait to see whether they play Dimitrov & Kravchuk (BUL/RUS) or Cervenak & Ivo Minar (SVK/CZE) (the eastern Europeans seem to be out in force in Cherbourg! ), but:
QF: Pierre-Hugues Herbert & Nicolas Renavand (FRA/FRA) vs (2) Jamie Delgado & Jonny Marray

There's a surprise! 'Twill be Dimitrov & Kravchuk, who beat Cervenak & Minar by 7-6(4) 6-4.
