Final:

Frederik Nielsen (DEN) & Ken Skupski vs Michal Elgin & Alexander Kudryavtsev (RUS/RUS)

Those pesky Russkies are going to be no pushover... pray.gif  Didn't Colin & Ross beat them in the final in the Astana Challenger towards the end of last year?  Maybe Ken should ask Colin for a bit of inside info... wink

Yes they did. Kudryavtsev is very talented but both he and Elgin are complete nutcases.

Final not before 19:30 GMT Saturday after the two singles semis which begin at 15:30 and NB 17:30.

Again coverage will be on http://www.e-tennis.tv/

Yeah can certainly vouch for Kudryatsev, I nearly got by his racket at Wimbly qualies a few years ago. After losing the first set he launched it onto the next court, which wasn't in use fortunately. After one of the ball boys brought it back he smashed it on the ground a few times while sat in his chair then just lobbed it over his shoulder into the spectator area. Pretty sure he wasn't in the right frame of mind to see if anyone was there, lucky that there weren't many people watching the match.

Kudryavtsev retired from his singles semi at 2-5 down first set.

Wey !    Second final won by a walkover too.   Such is our doubles power pairs won't even turn up to face us now   wink

And still have Jamie D and Jonny in Challenger final and the Murray boys in ATP 500 semi.

Was only joshing. Unfortunately, the pressure, or more talented opponents on the day, did for the other pairs.ashamed
