That last game was a bit quick, Bally will be gutted about that defeat but at the same time hugely encouraged by the fact she got so close against a player in form.
It will be interesting to hear what she thought of the conditions and whether it affected her.
I remember a year or two ago when the temperature in Melbourne reached the mid 40s and they suspended every match except the juniors. Heather was playing and despite feeling dizzy and seeing stars she still picked out the ball well enough to win. She wasn't too pleased though at having to play on in those conditions when all the seniors had been pulled off court.
The temperatures were only in the high 80's Peter so hot but not as oppressive as in Australia on occasions. In fact Bally enjoys the hot conditions as they are good for her back.
