Anne takes the first set 6-2, playing really well. I was delighted to find it was the match on BBCi - Freeview Channel 301 for anybody with access to a tv.

Petkovic needs to go to Specsavers. She said a ball earlier (the tantrum one) was half a metre out - half a centimetre more like, if it was out at all.

Petkovic breaks to win 2nd set 7-5

Annes needs to re-group this set and become more agressive. Petkovic got alot more consistent towards end of that set.

A poor quality match overall.  Petkovic cut out most of her unforced errors in the final set, Keothovong made loads....Shame Ann couldn't ride her luck and press home her advantage in the second set.  Petkovic on top form would be way too good AK.
Still, Ann won four matches at this tournament.
