Anne is likely to play Arina Rodionova, who is up a set and 5-0. ITF shows a 0-2 H2H v A Rodionova, but that's against Arina's sister Anastasia.

Anyway, back to Anne - she will play Olaru or Lee in QR2. Olaru is up 6-0 1-1 and Anne should have good memories of playing her - she thrashed her 0 & 1 on her way to the Warsaw WTA semis in 2009.
