Week 2 Futures - China F1 ($15k) - Mengzi (Hard)

I've also wondered how they've managed to set odds for some of the matches. I noticed there was in-play betting available for Emma Devine v Alex Walker at Glasgow. Either they must employ someone who follows the lower levels quite closely or just took a quick look at the rankings and based it on that.

The H2H between these two is 4-3 to Josh, including 2-1 in 2010, but Dan Cox won their most recent meeting, which was inthe Wrexham Final late last year.

Considering Milton is Welsh it's a good job you put that wink in there! We don't want any Anglo-Scottish wars on this board, thank you.

FI: (4) Josh Milton WR 390 v (5) Wu Di (CHN) WR 409

The only Brit Wu has ever played in singles is Saad Abbas, whom he double bagelled. (irrelevant trivia R us!)

Well done to Josh and certainly a convincing looking second set.

Although their progress here will not be reflected until the ranking table produced after the Australian Open, currently on points Josh has moved up to GB No 5 behind Dan Cox who is and will remain for now No 4.

If only.

Well done Josh and Dan - perfect week so far for male Brits in China

Dissapointing loss especially after looking in such good form going into the final, hopefully one of the brits can win the title next week.
