That clearly was particularly tight in the first set with Naomi and Lucy.  Hopefully that was more indicative of Lucy playing very well than Naomi being well blow par.

Very competitive first set it seems too by Samantha against the no 3 seed, pity she fell away so in the second set.  Still just short of a ranking but that will come soon and I'd hope to see her steadily moving up therefter.

Guess any particular shock win for the GB girls in the 4 non all GB ties was going to be very tough, but would be nice if one managed the win.  So Danieka the last shout.

Jen's matchscore with Lisa a bit like Lucy's against Naomi.  Don't know how much or particularly what to make of the comparative closeness.
