Kind of disagree with that in that in a deciding set you much more often than not expect the better player to come through. It's not like a so called "tie break lottery". So very disappointing to see Evans lose out in the match.

I understand and maybe I should have used a better choice of words. I didn't mean that the decider was a lottery as such, more that it was a tight match and whilst I felt Evans was the better player in the match at one set all, it could still have gone either way. And indeed Sidorenko stepped it up in the decider and comfortably took it in the end.
