Oh yeahhh Chrissy, no seed in the QF to face either! Could hopefully be a semi-final berth looming

Scarily, Chris is defending just over half his total ranking points here, so anything other than a title defence will see him plummet down the rankings. The courts seem to suit him here though and he's certainly made a good start to his defence. smile.gif

SMC1809, I haven't tried it before. Sounds interesting but I don't have the time to stream any of the matches here this week unfortunately.

Good stuff from Chris and Dan so far this week.

Chris takes on Basic who won very easily against 4th seed in 1st round so Chris will have to play well.

Evans has Sidorenko who is of course the 2nd seed so will probably be a test.

Good stuff.  I would have thought just a bit better than basic tennis should see Chris in the semis  smile

And guess what?  They're the only Brits through to the SFs:

QF:  (1) Olivier Charroin & Vincent Stouff WR 361 (FRA/FRA) defeated Keelan Oakley & Stefan Sterland-Markovic UNR by 2 & 2 cry

QF:  (4) Chris Eaton & Alex Slabinsky WR 792 defeated Tristan Lamasine & Albano Olivetti (FRA/FRA) UNR by 6-4 3-6 [10-6] smile

QF:  Ahmed El Menshawy & Chris Priddle UNR lost to (2) Harri Heliövaara & Juho Paukku (FIN/FIN) by 5 & 1 cry

so,

SF:  (1) Olivier Charroin & Vincent Stouff WR 361 vs (4) Chris Eaton & Alex Slabinsky WR 792
