In this week's British Tour event in Sutton, Lana Rush has come through qualifying to reach the QF without dropping a set, including a win over Jen Ren. Not bad for a 14 yr old.
Also quite sad that our retired lads can come back (presumably from coaching) and trounce the new mob. Was nice to se Bam BAm on the drawsheet again however
Fitzy (glad he's over his health scare) is through to the final in Bolton, plays Kyle Brassington today for the title (and cash!). He's still in cracking form this year winning 6-3 6-2.....6-3 6-2 & 6-2 6-3 so far!
just to let you know im playing really well at the moment, but i shouldnt be playing this if im honest. Against doctors orders. but i cant just sit around at home and do nothing. Ive got a proper heart scan on monday which will hopefully reveal alot more about what is going on, well i hope i have a scan, im meeting a specalist cardiologist on monday, if not to have one, to book a scan.
See what happens. Just not talking about it really as it just gets inside your head and makes it a constant factor!
R2: (1) Josh Goodall WR 393 lost to Lloyd Glasspool UNR by 3 & 4
The latest (and strangest) of a string of odd results for 17-y-o Lloyd, the world junior no 839, who (for example) beat Liam Broady a year ago and went from thrashing Ben Pritchard 3 & 1 in May 2010 to losing to him 4 & 4 earlier this month.
