Heathers match is the first fqr finished, so i doubt it.

Watching the Lisicki/Mirna match. Lisickis' second serve is awful!

I thought it was normal for them to be placed before the FQR matches finish, or sometimes even before they start?

Certainly nothing on the WTA site or the asbclassic website (not that that's surprising.  It is truly awful!)

They're placed in as far as they're playing each other. However, as only one known, they can't be placed yet.
