Peng's shot looked long on the 1st break points, must have landed right on the line. Shame how it ended, Heather dominated the point but dumped an easy shot into the net.
Impressed by Heather but far too careless at times. Overall she looked top 100 standard with the potential to go a lot higher if she can tighten up a few things.
Another mention of her play which saved MP. A stunning show of athleticism and defence. She eventually broke back, and almost took it to a tb. The mere fact that she was virtually out of the point twice, it would have been easy to simply let the ball go and be pleased with her run to the quarters. But she didnt, and it almost turned the match around. On another day, it very well may turn a match around.
Goodnight, I mean it this time.

They've just played some of Heather's press conference on 5 live - she said her target for this year is Top 100.
If Hev can maintain her current level, it is quite possible she'll achieve her target half way through the year. Plenty of points on offer in the next couple of weeks, 5 more victories would set her up nicely. No particular hurry, though. Russian proverb: Go slowly in order to get further
Turns out that Heather is really just an abject failure ... by her own standards. I'd love to be that much of a failure myself.
'During every December I sit down with my Dad and discuss targets for the year. Last season it was to break 150, so I'm a couple of weeks late. This year it's to break the 100, I'd like to smash that target if I can,'
