spoke to Alex briefly, he was feeling pretty stiff, said it was very quick and cause he's been out for slo long his body isn't used to it, esp around his hips.
hopefully he'll be able to get some massage/physio and feel ok for tomorrow.

I also seem to remember him talkking during the US Open about being a proud Jamaican. I can't stand hypocrites.
Let's be fair . . . he was born in Germany; his mother is German; he moved back to Germany in 2004; and he practises in Hannover. It's hardly a stretch for him to play for Germany!
For that matter, if he'd wanted to be mercenary, to be honest, GB would probably have been the better choice. A player with his rankings would be much more likely to garner major support from a country desperate to meet targets than from one that already has nine players in the top 100 singles and five (with some overlap) in the top 100 doubles.
