The live score was on here https://live.fonbet.info/livebets/?locale=en. However, can't be seen now as match has finished.

I see Anne is running a campaign in her twitter, one that I also support.

they are saying on tf anne lost

(Q)Yulia Putintseva (RUS) d. Anne Keothavong (GBR) 60 76(4)

let's pray this is unfounded.

Putintseva looks to have stepped it up this week, but Anne on current form should still have comfortably accounted for the Russian. Looks to have woken up in the second set, but too late to save the day.
Anna on current form was likely to lose and so that wasn't a surprise even given the H2H record.

Unfortunately it seems that Anne's 0-6 6-7 scoreline is correct:

Wow, bit of a shocker particularly that first set  disbelief

I guess at least a R1 win here wouldn't currently have added to her ranking points and the draw hadn't exactly opened up for Anne since her R2 opponent would have been the no 1 seed Renata Voracova ( CZE ) WR 74. who has been in good form and had a straightforward R1 win.

Be interesting to hear any whys and wherefores, and hopefully she come back from this again quite quickly.

A consolation perhaps:  Anne & Anna are in the semi's of the doubles beating Henke & Kremer 6-3 7-6(5).

SF: (2) Keothavong/Smith vs (4) Ungur/Vedy (ROU/FRA)

Not on today's OOP, so it's a Sunday final.
