That will be tough, but reaching the final is in itself a great performance.

Evo can win against Zopp, even if I wouldn't make him favourite, whereas Kontinen may have been a bit too much like a better Jamie Baker (wall) so the best possible day for Evo imo

It is certainly about time that Dan wins an event but Zopp appears to be in stunning form. He won his QF 6-1, 6-1 and his semi-final 6-1, 6-0.

In other news Goodall and Inglot cruised to victory in the doubles final 6-1, 6-2

It's a pity because a win would have put him on the edge of the top 300 but as I said yesterday Zopp appears to be on fire this week.

Hopefully Dan can take his decent form into a couple of challengers over the next few weeks and end the year well.
