Phillips has gotten a rotter of a draw...

Attila BALAZS (HUN) (1) Vs Morgan PHILLIPS (GBR)


Not only is Balazs the top seed but he is also ranked at a Challenger-level WR159.  But I suppose it is another good 'yard-stick' opportunity for Phillips and althoguh Balazs does have a lofty ranking the foundations of it are built mainly on Futures victories so he's not yet an established top200 player.
