The LTA article says they haven't ruled out playing DC together. But by then they will both be used to other partners, and that isn't the same advantage as playing with a regular partner.

Very disappointing, but if they themselves feel it's the right thing to do, who's to gainsay them? tears.gif  At least the break-up is amicable - & opens the door to two possible new all-Brit partnerships, as has been suggested by spud.  As for future DC doubles partnerships, I think Ross & Jamie M demonstrated in Tashkent last week, that ostensible one-off pairings can work... wink

Possibly for the best. They haven't really pushed on this year like we would have hoped.
