Not very confident for tonight.
Laura not in the same form as she was in Tokyo and having played 3 hours today might struggle for fitness tonight. On the flipside Castano isn't any better than her ranking suggests and is eminently beatable.
My forecast is that will that it will go to three sets and Castano will run away with the third as Laura tires.
