It appears that Anna Smith has sneaked into the main draw. Lertcheewakarn is the top seed in qualifying and she's ranked lower than Anna.

There's nothing current about this tournament on the Tennis China site and nothing on the venue's site more recent than http://www.tiyuzx.com/news_show.asp?id=528, which seems to be mainly talking about the new tennis courts in Níngbo rather than the tournament itself - there's also a pic of the complex at the bottom of that page.
