I am sure I read Heather deosn't like heavy conditions much.  Think she likes her Florida sun !   So probably didn't help at the beginning, and I believe the sun's even trying to come out now to maybe help a little bit.

Not to get to far ahead but her likely second round opponent is on the cusp of losing to Boserup. Great on the one hand until you look at what happened when Heather played Boserup earlier this year, a 2 and 0 mauling. The American girl on occasion capable of some high quality tennis.
