There were a number of posts somewhere about the new look ATP/WTA livescoreboard which tbh I find far less convenient than the old protennislive one.
A poster here found links to the old scoreboards for the main tour and challengers. It meant changing the week no in the url to keep updated but that was not difficult.
I've continued to use them, and bookmarked them on a weekly basis, but today cannot access them at all. I suspect now the 'new' one is up and running that they've closed down these links.
Meaning the only ATP/WTA livescoreboard is the one that cannot be reduced to a corner of the screen and is far more difficult to switch between events for quick access to scores when there are several tournaments on.

You seem to be right - both the main tour and Challenger versions seem to have disappeared and they were definitely working a day or two ago. It seems particularly unnecessary to remove them when the ATP/WTA iPhone app effectively still uses the old version.
I just can't understand who gains when all the main tennis sites seem to keep making themselves less and less user-friendly.
