Well, maybe not had to really prove that much yet. Pippa Horn bagelled Jess last week on the way to beating her in 3 sets

JoKo can probably win this whole thing though even if she's not at her absolute best.

On Naomi's site, it says:

"Naomi bowed out of the Westende tournament with a hard fought loss against Nicky Van Dyke of Belgium and a scoreline of 5-7,6-1,3-6. Naomi had a poor start but raised her game in the 2nd set. The Belgium girl then came up with some high quality tennis in the 3rd to take the match."

I still can't understand how van Dyck managed to come up with some high quality tennis in the 3rd when she's 20 and (from her past results) has never given any indication that she should have been able to trouble Naomi before.

Very tough match next though against the current world junior number 1 Kromacheva who won through 2 and 1 against someone ranked around the 400 mark. In the top half of the draw a certain Bergot also lurks who has taken out Laura and Katie in recent months.

JoKo in cruise control wins 6-2 6-1, surely another title awaits. This has been a well contested 10k tournament and the final probably against Bergot won't be a cakewalk.

Well, makes Naomi's loss look a bit better ( well just a little

) since the Belgian girl does seem to have found some unexpected form.

Van Dyke better keep it up, because if not and JoKO is on form it might be Diagnosis Murder smile

Hopefully Joko can get revenge for Naomi and give Van Dyke a taste of her own medicine (I presume she likes it with a spoonful of sugar).
