Ollie has moved up to 19 in the rankings after the Youth Olympics, and with 3 higher ranked players missing, is likely to be seeded. James is now 7 out of the main draw.

Laura is down to play the Canadian Open as a warm-up (along with Ollie, George and James), but like last year will be pulled out if she makes final qualifying for the US Open women's draw.

It seems Marsalek has pulled out as he is not in the qualifying draw.

Maybe there was an injury behind his first round loss in Canada, but he went on to play doubles so a bit strange.

According the beeb, Ollie has been warming up with the Fed....

'Roger Federer is on Arthur Ashe in oooh, about 10 minutes time. Fed warmed up for his match against Paul-Henri Mathieu by hitting with 16-year-old British junior Oliver Golding, who unsurprisingly seems to have enjoyed the experience based on an interview I've just seen. Golding reached the semi-finals at junior Wimbledon this year and will be in action at Flushing Meadows himself in the boys' tournament next week. Let's hope Ollie picked up a few tips off the great man.'
