QR1: Max Gregor UNR v Ruben Ruiz Pastor (ESP) UNR

Pastor has a 2-8 record in futures qualifying but with the WR 397 in the section I don't see much hope for Max

Morgan should be seeded when the MD is released

Santos Fernández lost 2 & 2 to the Wardinator last year. The winner of this match will play Boy Westerhof WR 537 or Andoni Vivanco-Guzman WR 577 and the other seed in Morgan's quarter is (2) Grigor Dimitrov, still ranked only 281 despite the Boggo bash at Queen's.

Will be a very tough match up against the 2nd seed who seems to have finally started to come good on his potential. Since beating Boggo at Queens he has qualified and made the semis of the Marburg Challenger event in Germany and won 2 Futures titles to improve his ranking nearly 100 places. However, Morgan does seem to be playing better now than at any point during the year so fingers crossed!

No luck in the doubles, either:  he & Estruch lost by 2 & 3 to the second seeds.cry
