Just found that too - phew!

I'm sure Alexandra doesn't have additional info and was just referring to the tweet. The 'step backwards to move forwards' tweet makes sense once you realise it could just be a reference to 'slumming it' at a 25K.

Surely the idea of Anne coming to play here is simply to win the title, get some comparatively easy matches to prepare her for the next couple of weeks and move a few places up the rankings as a result. Perhaps after playing a couple of WTA tour events she was bemoaning the step down as Steven says. Her ranking is surely high enough to ensure that she doesn't really need to drop down to 25K level regularly

Heather will now pass Cav in Monday week's rankings to be GB No 4.

So we have five into the L16.

I suspect Anne's comments arise from having a dirty nappy thrown in her direction by one of the local women. It probably didn't leave her with a very good opinion of Estonia.
