Ward needs to up his 1st serve, seems to be the same problem game after game after game only at 36 %

Agreed, Ward definitely has the bigger first serve and therefore the ability to win some nice cheap points on it if he can find it on a consistent basis

Only one poor game there from Ward to get broken and even that was well fought so still in with a very good chance but absolutely has to improve his 1st serve %. Although it did gradually get better it was still down at 42% and needs to be up in the 55-65% range really. He managed to win 90% of the points when he made his first serve including 6 aces
