Borops started extraordinarily well against one of the best pairs in the world taking the first set 6-0 and breaking in the first game of the second. However an immediate breakback means that Raymond and Stubbs may have woken up
They also broke the #1 seeds at the start of the 2nd but the Americans broke back (helped by a df from Sarah on death deuce) so it's on serve with Borops *1-2.
Lolz - David beat me to it.

Excellent win for Sarah and Raquel, so often recently they have been on the wrong end of really tight matches, so it's great to see them coming out on top and against such top quality opposition.
Wow...I had to stop following live scores at 1-2* in the MTB...so to some back to find they have won is incredible.
Fairly clear from watching live scores the only reason they didn't close it our earlier was nerves, they were actually dominating one of the best teams in the world for the most part.
From Sarah's twitter:
Jumped over a huge hurdle!played tennis2the standard we r capable of all way throu!beat stubbsy and raymond, top dubs team!
Truly exceptional result , hopefully this is the start of a huge tournament for them. It didn't look good when they were down 6-8 in the MTB but they brilliantly turned it round to get a win that was fully deserved.
Fan-bloody-tastic result! Well done, Sarah & Raquel! 120 points in the bag! The Beeb report also quotes her as saying "we deserved that"! They face the US pairing of Lilia Osterloh & Riza Zalameda in the QF. I sincerely hope that, having done the hard work, they don't now go & fall flat on their @rses & go on to turn the 120 points into at least 200, if not more...
