Looking at last year's AM.com USO Q thread (easier to find than last year's thread here) wolf posted a link to the draw at about 22.30 BST, which suggests the draw was made around 22.00 BST, i.e. 5 pm New York time.

I prefer Wimbledons reward system in that regard but Heather has a shot at some big points for far easier matches that could prove much more beneficial than a R1 beatdown vs a seed.
