Not the most convincing win he has had all year but a win nonetheless and that is all that matters. Tougher than expected first set was followed by a rather straightforward second set and hopefully will have got used to the conditions and played himself into some form.
boggo made a bit of hard work about that, but as this place is all about S&V i think dubs speicalists will be better off here than elsewhere as they can just go all out for it as long as they get the 1st serves in, and will probably be better a volleys than singles guys a lot of the time now.

Maybe a little bit harder than you would hope for against a doubles player but he got the win in straight sets and that's all that really matters.
