RE: Week 27 - ATP 250 - Newport, USA - grass

Me thinks to be overrated folk need to have been overrating instead of generally understanding the event and the context

Me also thinks Vandenburg needs to learn the difference between an investigation and a scandal.  Behave, sir.

i thought SEs were offered to the same level of event....or can you go down the way..ie atp250 to challenger?

I'm fairly sure you can go down the way, which is entirely logical.

If you can get a special exempt for being tied up in the late stages of a similar event, you are to me even more worthy of a SE if you are tied up with a higher tournament.

Great stuff from Richard

He certainly now has a chance over the nest 12 months to go for top 200 but you have to think that when these drop off the chance will be gone.

I wonder if that stat included Ram, who didn't qualify last year, but got in as a lucky loser and then went on to win?
