RE: Wimbledon 2010 'Battle of the Boards' pick 'em contest

And Federer gifts Falla the break by throwing in three double faults in that game (which is his prime, he'd serve in a whole tournament)

With Davydenko 2-0 down as well, if Federer was to lose, then it would be two of the top seeds in the top half out on day one, and a great chance for someone unheralded to come through the draw.

Cilic has apparently dropped the first set as well.

Out of interest - anyone know the odds you would have got on Falla?

Gee, should have broken back.  But who is the guy that takes over holding the racquet when it goes to Fed's backhand  confuse.gif

Federer breaks back as Falla serves for the match. (and then starts the next game with another dreadful backhand)

I wish Falla would hurry up and close this out.

*groan* Falla should have closed it out when he served for it 5-4 up in the fourth.

Not sure but I did see Federer listed at 1/200 on with a couple of the bookies.

I suppose I'm PARTIALLY pleased that Fed won, just for my picks. I still don't like the man. I thought a Falla win would knock him down a peg or two. Or perhaps seven.

Did he wear that godawful jacket and trousers thing when he walked on?
