Ah, it looked like it was intended as a correction - unfortunate timing!
Recap

QR1: (wc) Morgan Phillips WR 426 lost to Alexandre Kudryavtsev (RUS) WR 233 by 3 & 2 QR1: (wc) David Rice WR 485 lost to Juan Pablo Brzezicki (ARG) WR 182 by 2 & 2 QR1: (wc) Joshua Goodall WR 350 beat (q21) Albert Ramos-Vinolas (ESP) WR 140 by 3 & 4 QR1: (wc) Joshua Milton WR 536 lost to (q8) Eduard Roger-Vasselin (FRA) WR 115 by 1 & 4 QR1: (wc) Chris Eaton WR 493 lost to Roko Karanusic (CRO) WR 287 by 4-6 6-3 10-8 QR1: (wc) Alexander Ward WR 531 lost to (q26) Josselin Ouanna WR 147 by 7-6(3) 6-3 QR1: Alex Bogdanovic WR 161 beat Ricardo Hocevar (BRA) WR 219 by 6-3 7-6(3) QR1: (wc) Daniel Evans WR 328 beat Tim Smyczek (USA) WR 180 by 4-6 6-1 12-10
So, 3-7, with the three Brits ranked in the top 350 winning and the seven outside the top 350 losing.
I had hoped for 4 and 'dreamt of' 5/10 getting through. The main disappointment was Eaton's loss, though he went very close indeed and it looks like I was a bit over-optimistic about how rubbish Ouanna was on grass.
The other seed in this section, (q7) Donald Young, went out today, leaving just a Spaniard and an Argentinian in the other half of this section, giving Josh (who has qualified for slams before) probably the best chance of qualifying out of the three Brits who are left.
QR2: Alex Bogdanovic WR 161 v (q27) Nicolas Mahut (FRA) WR 149
By a cruel twist of fate, Boggo, looking for a first home slam main draw win after 8 defeats, has to face possibly the best grass court player in the qualifying draw, who got his own first home slam main draw win at RG this year at the 8th attempt, with the winner likely to have to play former top 20 player (q13) Stefan Koubek WR 123. Ouch!
QR2: (wc) Daniel Evans WR 326 v (q30) Ricardas Berankis (LTU) WR 155
We all know what happened the first time Evo played Berankis - the Lithuanian won their DC rubber in 5 sets. Indeed, Berankis is 8-0 against Brits at senior level, though the last three (v Evo, Boggo & Wardy) have gone the distance. Berankis won the Nottingham Challenger too, so he is more than decent on grass, unfortunately. The other seed in this section is (q16) Santiago Ventura (ESP) WR 129.

2 all, boggo serving 1st, so far 2 very easy holds from mahut whilst alex has been taken to duece. he knows he's got to keep hsi serve working to stand a chance.
