What's an auto-retweet?

I'm assuming some twitter accounts like that are set up as bots to regularly hunt for certain word combinations in tweets (like quit + smoking in this case) then retweet any they find and/or follow the tweeter, probably in the hope that the tweeter will follow them back. I don't know if they're actually called auto retweets.

What's the chances of playing starting at half 12 today? If slim, what time are they likely to start roughly

I'm at work about 3 miles from Queens, we've just had a really heavy downpour and it's pretty cloudy.
Even if they get started on time it looks like there are likely to be rain delays.

Just had a look at the most recent metoffice radar picture which suggests the weather is clear following this shower.

The forecast in general for the rest of the day is for any showers to become less frequent and less heavy as the day goes on. After 5pm the outlook is very good.

BBC red button coverage is supposed to start at 12.30 but it hasn't. Wouldn't you think they would at least put up a notice saying that there is no play yet, or something?

Could I just slip in a whinge while we're waiting for play please.
The coverage from Paris was truly dire, pointless shots of umpires tennis shoes, bouncing babies etc., And about 30% of the time missing the serve while whizzing around in a nauseating fashion with that ruddy camera on a wire.

Thanks. better now

No problem, I felt the same. Darn arty French directors!

At least the red button is now saying coverage will start shortly!

Nice to hear Greg defending Boggo, and doing his "research", i.e. reading the Count's post, probably!

Annoying that the BBC crew are suggesting Boggo "decided" to try to qualify for Wimby and turned down the WC.

Well i think it went that the LTA said if he doesn't play DC then they wont recommend him for the WC so in a way he did.

Although JL did say that in some of the DC practice sessions Boggo was playing better than Murray. Listening to him talking there you would never have thought he dropped Boggo and basically blamed him for some of the defeats.

I really hope Boggo can come through today, it would be a great finger up at the LTA and the organisers of this event.......
