So that time of year is almosty upon us. Thankfully this year the weather seems to be playing ball too, with a (realativly) sorcher of a day predicted.
Cant really see any news on the website about qualies yet, but i'm hoping it will be open to the public, probably at £5 a ticket if last year is anything to go by.
matches will probably start no earlier than 11am, to try and give the grass a chance to dry out in the morning, with both 1st and 2nd rounds to be played.
hopefully a good brit showing, with a few DE's and some WC's to make up the numbers.
Travel wise Barons Court tube (picadilly and district line) is normally the best bet. there have been a lot of weekend closures on the tube recently though so plan in advance (looks like those two lines will be ok though).
unless something major turns up i'll be there, doubt i'll be doning my old BT.net T-shirt this time though, seems a little pointless :(
looking forward to seeing some familair faces too, if i spot the Shedman hat and sunglasses will be donned swiftly though

Afraid I won't be able to join you this year, working all day Saturday and don't finish until 2 on Sunday and I don't think much will be going on if I get there around 3.
What?! You won't be wearing the t-shirt?! How will I know who you are? We've never met before! I'm going to Queens qualies! Actually, there is a small chance I might not go - if there's an interesting Nottingham final on I might go up there instead, but I think I will very probably be at Queens qualies!
I will certainly be at Queens, as I have tickets for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

Is there any info on the LTA or Aegon site ? I've had a look around but can't see anything.
I missed last year but have really enjoyed some good matches at Queens qualies.
My very limited claim to fame being almost run over by Tsongas courtesy bus as he shuttled between venues at high speed. My straw hat was bent beyond rescue !
I've been checking the LTA site for months and still no word on the qualifying draw. The old site for queens got amalgamated into the LTA site, and now it's a lot harder to navigate and it doesn't offer as much information!
Presumably they HAVE to post the oop and qualies draw before Saturday morning though, so watch that space!

i still cant find anyhting on the LTA site regarding attending the qualies but i hope they havent done something dumb like close it off to the public.
so i should be wearing a british tennis.net t-shirt to make it easy to spot me, i'm 5'10 and have short brown hair, if you see Boggo around i'll probably be somewhere nearby
oh and if you are worried about walking up to a stranger, feeling like a lemon as you ask them if they are someone with a weird intertent forum name, hoping they dont think you are a freak and have security eject you from the premsis, my name is Jac.
if i find out any juciy bits of info (as i hope to blag an access all areas pass again) i'll try and tweet them to my new twitter page: Jac_Tennis.
i'm really bad at that stuff tho so it may all go horribly wrong.
Hope to meet up with some people tomorrow and lets hope a few out our boys can do us pround, offer up a 2 finger salute to the LTA, and join our 3 MD players!

Info "not yet available" re draw or schedule on ATP site and the Queens "official website" which appears to be a subsection of the LTA site isn't up to much re info.
Re qualifying, can't see who's in it, who the WCs are, what the draw is or what the OoP is or as has been said specator info.
Apart from that everything is clear about this fairly important ATP 250 qualifying tournament
