Boggo up to 8th alternate now, but surely too late for him to make the main draw (although why Querrey is playing this I don't know... he already has 3 250 titles in his ranking)

Of the seven ahead of Boggo in the alternate list...

Tursunov - now ranked lower than Boggo after Eastbourne title came off
Young - still playing in Winnetka and thus can't play qualies
Yani - ranked just above Boggo, but could get the wild card that is left
Ouahab - ranked higher than Boggo, but surely won't play qualies given his clay court game
Mahut - has a wild card so won't be in qualies
Kiefer - now ranked lower than Boggo
Crivoi - again, surely won't play qualies as he cannot play on grass

So barring any higher ranked players deciding to play this who were not in the original list, Boggo will be seeded to qualify.
