RE: Week 22 Challenger - Nottingham (E42,500) - Grass

J Ward 6-4 1-1*

Before the match, i would have went with Goodall to win it, i still think he will.

You mean Wardy wasn't the bookies favourite before the match?! confuse That would have been worth a punt.

Ward was 5/4 before the match!

James says Goodall just about hanging in there, emotionally speaking. Not to sure what that means, maybe Vandenburg's Norweigan flag is upsetting him.

Also Slabba about to start.

Ward leads 6-4 *3-4

biggrin.gif Just to explain the statements before, steven, you must know of the long-standing rivalry between King's and UCL, and the traditional insult hurled at each other is King's call UCL students "the godless scum of Gower Street" because UCL was the first university founded on a secular basis, whilst we at UCL call King's "Strand Polytechnic", casting aspersions on their academic quality and pedigree. biggrin.gif All in good fun these days.

Ward holds from 0-30 down and then breaks to 15 the next game so will serve for the match 6-4 5-4.

Ward 1/25 on to win!

Boggo, Slabba and Willbomb all warming up so I guess all 3 matches will start around the same time.

Wardy serves it out to beat Goodall 6-4 6-4.

Ok cheers Josh. And Harper I checked earlier only Tursunov's match was being livescored, Boggo and Willis' matches were only for betting.

Did you catch the odds for either? Can't imagine the bookies have ever seen Willis play or know his gamestyle so wouldn't it be a bit risky setting odds for someone they know nothing about other than his ranking.
