Maybe she thinks it fits better with her new surname, or maybe the ITF just recorded what was shown on the proof of name change and it'll revert to Georgie later.
Btw Amanda Elliott's opponent may be unranked in singles but she is a top 100 doubles player. Then again, so is Jamie Murray ...

I seem to remember that she tried to change to Georgina some time ago but everyone still continued to refer to her as Georgie. So perhaps she sees this as another chance to escape from "Georgie".

Very impressive from Tara (over the WR 89). I thought that might be because it was her first tournament on grass, but that's far from the case. Chang has played Wimbledon juniors and reached a 25K final on grass in Australia.

Although she's drawn a top 100 player Anna should see this as a good opportunity to get a scalp against someone who is not in good form and has a poor record on grass.
Kai-Chen Chang had a fantastic end to last year, qualifying and winning a round in the US Open and getting through to the SF of a $100K+H. She started to slide from the beginning of this year and then coming up to Nottingham only managed one win in nine matches. She beat Hope Johnson and then lost out to Tara who seems to be recovering her form.
