The LTA has Sterland-Markovic losing to Sam Barry 5 and 4.  Hopefully this will be the week Shorty finally gets his first point.

Notso playing in the UK?! He seems to be getting better too! smile.gif Where's his partner in doubles crime though? IT would have been nice to see the dream team ride again in Newcastle.

He won his QR1 match ( the only QR1 match !  ) with a bagel,  7 - 6 (4)  6 - 0  vs Connor Schelling-Tisza  ( fine name  smile )

I obviously haven't been playing close enough attention to the qualifying competition here.

Schelling-Tisza is now 0-6 lifetime in Futures, 0-12 in sets, but does have a fine name as you say. Goode has moved to 3-16.

I just noticed it when I went and looked at the draw.  I wonder how random it was that those two fine gents played the one Q1 match  smile

Two LLs in the draw - I'm guessing one of them replaces Slabba, who's resting after his win last week. Shame though cry.

looking forward to how Golding can front up against Goodall...cant see him winning a set though, even if it is on clay
